All students attending the IEEE Photonics Benelux Annual Symposium are entitled to a free membership for both IEEE and the Photonics Society.

Students that are already IEEE Photonics Society members:

You can have your renewal fee for the IEEE Photonics Society membership reimbursed by the Benelux Chapter if you have attended the 2013 Symposium. Please complete the regular IEEE Photonics Society membership renewal procedure online and send a proof of payment (e.g., bank or credit card receipt) and your bank account details to the Benelux Photonics Society treasurer, Henrie van den Boom.

Students that are not yet IEEE Photonics Society members:

You can receive a free one-year membership from the IEEE Photonics Society if you have attended the 2013 symposium. The registration for the free membership should be done directly through the website of the IEEE Photonics Benelux Chapter. Please goto the membership page and fill in the data required by the IEEE Photonics Society.
